Description
Steel fiber refers to fibers produced by cutting fine steel wires, shearing cold-rolled strip steel, milling steel ingots, or rapid cooling of molten steel, with an aspect ratio (the ratio of fiber length to its diameter; when the fiber cross-section is non-circular, the diameter of the equivalent circular cross-section is used) of 40 to 80.
Cut steel fibers, produced using cold drawing technology below the metal crystal temperature with low-carbon alloy as the base material, can achieve tensile strengths of 1150-3000 MPa.
They are widely used for reinforcing industrial floors (logistics, cold storage, outdoor, warehousing) and improving crack conditions.
